Hello, and welcome to PbPHUD.com, the best suite of online tools for running and playing in play by post games on the Internet!

In order to use our site, you must register an account with us.  Your information is never shared with any 3rd parties, and no payment information is ever taken or stored by us (we offer our services for free).  Furthermore we do not send out spam messages or advertisements except for administrative type emails that we may send out once or twice a year (not including forum subscription emails you would set up yourself).

The terms and conditions of the site are as follows.  You must agree to abide by these terms at all times when using the site in order to register.  Failure to comply could result in your account being suspended or cancelled, or in some cases legal action being pursued.

1. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this site.
2. No advertising for 3rd party sites, services or products unless permission is received from a member of the site staff.
3. All posted or uploaded content must respect the comfort levels of those viewing them.  If you are ever asked to tone down your content, you must comply.  The exception is with game campaign forums, in which the Game Master has the final say on what is appropriate or not; however game masters are required to advise prospective players in advance whether there may be explicit or potentially disturbing content in their games, to the best of their knowledge and ability.
4. No posting of pornographic content, or any content which promotes racism, hate-propoganda, or other content deemed offensive by mainstream western society.
5. The poster assumes all legal responsibility for anything they post or upload to our servers.  The game staff will do their best to moderate site content according to our rules, but with tens of thousands of posts and an ever-growing site, we cannot be aware of everything that happens on our site.  Even being aware we assume no legal responsibility for the actions of others.
6. The site and its staff have no intellectual property rights to anything posted on the site by other users in the forums, the maps, the chat areas, or the community section.  The author retains intellectual property ownership of any original work that he or she submits to the site.  Any copyrighted work that is posted that is not owned by the poster should be done so with permission from the copyright owner.  If not, it will be removed upon request by the site ownership as quickly as we are able to.
7. The site is not responsible for any harm which may come to a user, emotional, mental or otherwise, or to their computers through, as a result of, or indirectly because of using this site.  Though we will do our best to keep our site secure and safe, and free of content that might cause emotional or mental harm, we cannot garauntee such 100% of the time.
